Bugbear Armory LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a small business based in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, USA, creating and selling 3D-printed tabletop figurines and related accessories (“Products”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the listed price (plus taxes and shipping, if applicable) at the time of checkout.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment forms listed on our checkout page.

• Order Confirmation: A contract is formed only once you receive a confirmation email from us.

• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and refund your payment.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet begun.

3. Custom and Made-to-Order Items

• Most Bugbear Armory Products are made-to-order and may vary slightly in color, scale, or texture due to the 3D-printing process. These natural variations do not constitute defects.

• Once printing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded or commissioned designs do not infringe on another’s intellectual property.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship primarily within the United States and to select international destinations. A list of supported international destinations is available on our website. For questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing an order.

• Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 7–14 business days of confirmation, depending on volume and complexity.

• Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, or similar carriers. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: Once an item is shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility. Please contact us promptly if your package arrives damaged; we may request photos to file a claim or provide a replacement.

• Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

5. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bugbear Armory LLC, and we take great care to ensure our products meet high standards of quality. Because our offerings include both stocked and custom-made products, the eligibility for returns or refunds varies depending on the item type.

• Stocked (Ready-Made) Products:

  • Stocked products are standard items we keep in regular inventory. Returns or exchanges for these items may be accepted only if:

    • The product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description; and

    • You contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, proof clear photographs of the issue.

    • Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue resulted from an error on our part. After inspection, Bugbear Armory may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our sole discretion.

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Minor print or color variation, and other cosmetic imperfections that are a normal result of the 3D printing process and do not affect product function or intended appearance, or damage caused after delivery or by misuse.

• Custom and Made-to-Order Items:

  • Custom products include any design that is printed, modified, or created specifically for you upon request. Because these items are made-to-order, custom sales are final once production begins.

  • We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for custom or personalized items except where the product arrives defective. In such cases, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds for custom items are considered only in cases of confirmed defects or production errors, and are subject to review by Bugbear Armory LLC. Decisions will be communicated in writing with a clear explanation.

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or fulfillment has not yet started. Once a product has entered production or packaging, cancellations are no longer accepted. If Bugbear Armory cancels an order due to production or inventory issues, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Bugbear Armory is not responsible for damage caused by carriers once the package has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, if appropriate, may offer a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. Our team will communicate the outcome of your claim within 10 business days.

• Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times vary by payment provider. All refunds and replacements are made at the discretion of Bugbear Armory LLC and in accordance with this Policy.

6. Intellectual Property and Licensed Content

All 3D-printed figurines, models, artwork, text, and other creative materials offered by Bugbear Armory (“Content”) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

1. Original Creations: Designs created by Bugbear Armory are the exclusive property of Bugbear Armory LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission.

2. Licensed Works from Other Creators: Some Products are produced under license from independent artists or third-party designers. Ownership of those designs remains with the original creator unless otherwise stated.

   • Customers purchasing such items receive only a personal, non-commercial right to own and display the physical print.

   •  You may not reproduce, scan, modify, or distribute any Product or digital model without written permission from both Bugbear Armory and, where applicable, the original creator.

3. Fan-Inspired and Homage Designs: Some Products may be inspired by popular games, stories, or universes. These are original interpretations and are not official merchandise. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Customer-Submitted Designs and Commissions: You retain ownership of any original designs you submit. By uploading or commissioning a design, you grant Bugbear Armory a limited license to print, deliver, and (unless you request otherwise) display photos of the finished work for promotional purposes.

5. Prohibited Use: Products and Content may not be used for commercial reproduction, resale, or unlawful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

All Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bugbear Armory and its affiliates will not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;

- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity; or

- Claims exceeding the amount you paid for the Product in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Warranty

Bugbear Armory LLC warrants that all products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bugbear Armory harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of our Products, website, or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If a dispute arises, we will first attempt to resolve it informally within 60 days of written notice. 

Before proceeding to binding arbitration, either party may request that the dispute be submitted to a mutually agreed-upon neutral mediator for informal mediation. The mediation will be conducted in good faith, and both parties will share the costs equally unless otherwise agreed. Mediation is not mandatory, but it is encouraged as a step to resolve disputes amicably and efficiently. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration as described below. 

If a dispute remains unresolved after informal resolution and/or mediation, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials. Either party may seek injunctive relief in an appropriate Arkansas court.

11. Privacy and Cookies

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Bugbear Armory.
