Return and Refund Policy
At Bugbear Armory, we take great care to ensure our products meet high standards of quality. Because our offerings include both stocked and custom-made products, the eligibility for returns or refunds varies depending on the item type.

1. Stocked (Ready-Made) Products
Stocked products are items regularly kept in inventory and shipped as listed.

Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.

Process: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, your order number, and proof of purchase. For high-value items, we may request video evidence of defect or damage.

Conditions: Returned items must be unused, unmodified, and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the item, we may issue a replacement, store credit, partial refund (for minor cosmetic flaws), or full refund at our discretion.

Exclusions: Refunds will not be issued for normal print or color variation, minor cosmetic flaws inherent to 3D printing, or damage caused by mishandling after delivery. For minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect product function, Bugbear Armory may offer partial refunds or store credit at its discretion.

2. Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom pieces include any product created based on your design, modification, or personalization request, or not part of our standard stocked catalog at the time of order.

Order Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email before production begins. After confirmation, sales are final except in cases of defect.

Defective Items: If a custom item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos, order details, and proof of purchase. If a replacement is approved, it will be reprinted and shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds: Refunds for custom pieces are provided only at Bugbear Armory’s discretion, based on evidence of defect or damage and compliance with return conditions.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the printing or fulfillment process. Once production or packing begins, cancellation requests cannot be honored.

If we must cancel an order due to inventory or production issues, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All products are carefully packaged and inspected before shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and proof of purchase. For high-value items, video evidence may be requested.

Damage caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) must be reported directly to the carrier for claim filing. We will assist as needed but cannot be held responsible once the package leaves our facility.

Lost shipments will be replaced or refunded only if the carrier confirms non-delivery.

5. International Orders
For international customers:

Returns are accepted only for defective items. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or fees.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping delays caused by customs are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing time may vary by your payment provider.

All refunds and replacements are made at the discretion of Bugbear Armory LLC after reviewing the specific circumstances of your order.

Decisions will be communicated within 5 business days. Bugbear Armory reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet these criteria.

7. Liability and Product Disclaimer
Bugbear Armory is not responsible for:

Color, texture, or surface variations inherent to 3D printing;

Design flaws or inaccuracies in customer-supplied models;
-
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or modification after delivery;

Minor differences between displayed product images and physical prints caused by lighting or digital rendering.
All items are sold as-is and without warranty beyond those required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Updated” date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
